Shipping / Warehouse Associate — Sapulpa, OK
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Reports to: General Manager / Operations Lead
About The Bass Tank
The Bass Tank is a leader in marine electronics, rigging, and performance services. We deliver high-quality products and a 5-star customer experience to anglers and boaters across the country. Our warehouse and shipping operations play a critical role in ensuring customers receive their orders quickly and accurately.
Role Overview
The Shipping / Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role supports both e-commerce operations and in-store service by maintaining organized inventory and ensuring the right parts are always available when needed.
Outcomes (What Winning Looks Like)
- Maintain 99%+ order accuracy on all outgoing shipments
- Ensure same-day or next-day shipping on all in-stock orders
- Keep inventory organized and accessible at all times
- Support service team with zero delays due to missing parts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and inventory systems
- Assist technicians and sales staff with parts and product needs
- Process returns and exchanges according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
- Maintain shipping supplies and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
Ideal Candidate
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Basic computer skills (inventory or shipping systems a plus)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time
- Benefits: Medical, dental, vision; PTO; employer match retirement after 1 year anniversary
