Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the voice of The Bass Tank in Sapulpa. Your mission is to help customers choose the right electronics, accessories, and services while delivering a 5-star experience. This role is about more than order taking — it’s about relationship building, proactive follow-up, and closing deals that create lifelong customers.
Outcomes (What Winning Looks Like)
- Exceed individual monthly sales targets.
- Convert at least 20% of inbound leads into sales.
- Maintain 90%+ customer satisfaction scores.
- Build repeat business through exceptional customer care and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins with urgency and professionalism.
- Educate customers on marine electronics, rigging, and service packages.
- Provide quotes, process orders, and schedule installations.
- Follow up consistently with leads and past customers.
- Track sales activity in CRM and report results weekly.
Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of sales experience (marine, outdoor, or technical products preferred).
- Confident communicator with persuasive energy.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Passion for fishing, boating, or outdoor lifestyle (a plus).
- Coachable, self-starting, competitive, and driven to win.

- Base Salary: Starting at $20,000
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential from your sales

Install Technician / Helper — Sapulpa, OK
Location: Sapulpa, OK
Reports to: Lead Install Technician / Service Manager

Role Overview
The Install Technician’s Helper supports senior installation technicians with marine electronics, rigging, and accessory installs. This role is designed for someone mechanically inclined who wants hands-on training and a clear growth path into a full Install Technician role.
Outcomes (What Winning Looks Like)
- Accurately complete assigned tasks with minimal rework.
- Support lead technicians in completing installs on time.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Demonstrate measurable skill growth within the first 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of marine electronics, trolling motors, wiring, and accessories.
- Run wiring, mount components, and prep boats for installs.
- Maintain tools, parts, and service bay organization.
- Follow safety procedures and installation checklists.
