The Garmin Spy™ Pole system introduces a revolutionary motorized way to control your sonar. Designed to precisely maneuver LiveScope™ and optional GT360UHD transducers, Spy Pole gives anglers complete command of their underwater view.

Spy Pole can initiate wide scanning across the water while giving you full directional control of your LiveScope. It can mount directly to compatible Garmin Force® trolling motors or to your boat’s deck using the optional gunnel mount system.

Move your sonar wirelessly using the included gesture remote, the wireless foot control, or a compatible Garmin chartplotter. Advanced control modes such as SpyLock™, SpyScan™, and SpyLink™ give anglers powerful tools to scan structure, track fish, and hold sonar on a specific target.

Foot Control for Spy™ Pole

Enjoy precise wireless control of your Spy™ Pole with the dedicated Foot Control. Large directional inputs and programmable buttons allow anglers to quickly adjust sonar direction and scanning behavior without taking their hands off the rod.

The foot control operates wirelessly using two AA batteries and includes a low-profile quick-release mounting puck to securely attach the pedal to your boat’s deck.

Gesture Remote for Spy™ Pole

The Gesture Remote gives anglers handheld control of the Spy™ Pole with intuitive gesture steering and programmable buttons. Easily adjust the direction of your sonar or activate scanning modes while actively fishing.

Spy™ Pole System FAQs

The Garmin Spy™ Pole is a motorized pole mount designed to give anglers precise control of their sonar. It is built to work with LiveScope™ transducers and the GT360UHD transducer, and it offers smart control modes such as SpyLock™, SpyScan™, and SpyLink™.

Spy™ Pole supports Garmin LiveScope™ transducers LVS32, LVS34, and LVS62, and it also supports the GT360UHD transducer. The included adjustable perspective bottom mount supports forward, down, and perspective views for compatible LiveScope transducers.

The Spy™ Pole can be controlled in several ways depending on your setup. Anglers can use the included Gesture Remote, the optional Spy Pole Foot Control, or a compatible Garmin chartplotter. For anglers running Garmin Force® or Force Pro™ trolling motors, the trolling motor foot pedal can also be used to control the Spy™ Pole.

Spy™ Pole mounts to compatible Garmin Force® and Force® Pro trolling motors with the included mounting setup. It can also be mounted to the deck or gunnel with an additional accessory mount system.

The 42" Spy™ Pole is optimized for a 50" Force or Force Pro trolling motor. The 49" Spy™ Pole is optimized for a 57" Force or Force Pro trolling motor.

Spy™ Poleincludes the pole mount, mounting plate and kickstand, gesture remote with mounts and battery, foot control with mount, power cable, cable management kit, wireless heading sensor, adjustable perspective bottom mount for LiveScope™, hardware, and documentation.
